  1. ACCOUNT SET-UP OR REGISTRATION

By registering with lidodelivery.com, you, the customer, will have to provide your personal information and nominate a password. It is understood that it is the customer’s responsibility to keep their password confidential. If you believe that your password has been compromised, please change your password immediately. You may also register thru Facebook or Gmail. Lido’s reserves the right to suspend your registration if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

  1. ORDER, ACCEPTANCE, AND CHANGES TO ORDERS

    These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders made through www.lidodelivery.com.
    • Minimum purchase or 300 pesos will be applied to all orders.
    • Orders are considered final and accepted once an order number is issued. The customer will receive an order number after finishing the check-out process. The order number will be displayed on-screen once an order has been finalized. The customer will also receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION containing their order number through their registered email address or mobile number (SMS). Lido’s reserves the right to decline any transaction for any reason.
    • An Order Confirmation is an acknowledgment and record of our agreement to deliver the ordered products within the specified delivery time.
    • In cases where additional information is needed, or when there are problems with product availability, the customer may be contacted via their provided contact information such as phone number or email address to offer a reasonable substitute and/or gather further information.
    • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the provided contract and delivery information such as delivery addresses, email addresses, and contact numbers are correct.
    • If another person ordered products on your behalf, using your account, you agree that such orders shall be considered as your own, and shall be subject to these terms.
    • Change of orders or delivery time can only be made within 3 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation.
    • Changes to the order may result in an adjustment of delivery time.
    • Paid orders may be canceled within 3 minutes after receipt of Order Confirmation. Refunds for valid cancellations are processed in about 14 days but may take up to 1 month to reflect on your credit card statement.
    • Cancellations beyond 3 minutes after receipt of Order Confirmation will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.

  1. Delivery
    • Online delivery is available within Metro Manila only.
    • The stated delivery time (45 mins), is an estimate based on our historical delivery performance. It is our goal to meet and exceed said performance, but it is not a guaranteed and/or binding delivery time.
    • Lido reserves the right to suspend its delivery service during extreme weather conditions or events that will put the safety of its riders at risk.
    • Some areas may not be covered by Lido’s delivery service. In these cases, the customer agrees to be contacted for further details before an order is confirmed.
    • Arrival time is based on our rider’s arrival at the gates of the customer’s subdivision, school, or lobby, the basement of the customer’s building address.
    • Our delivery service covers most of the cities in metro manila. Our call center will notify you in case the delivery address is not within the trading area. In case the payment has been settled before notification, your payment will be refunded between 14-30 days.
  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
    • Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Unless otherwise stated in writing, the prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes.
    • You may refer to the site’s “cart” to check your current order’s quoted price. Without prejudice to any inadvertent technical mistake, the price of the Product/s shall be as reflected on the site.
    • The price for your order shall be deducted from your account at the time your order is placed.
    • Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without further notice.
    • You can pay by any of the methods listed on the checkout screen. Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit or debit card, such card is valid on the date of dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage.
    • We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit Card (VISA, JCB, Mastercard), and Debit Card.
    • Online Credit Card Payments will be validated before delivery and may be subject to additional online charges. For the protection of both credit card holders and Lido’s against fraudulent use of credit, debit, and charge cards, we reserve the right not to deliver if no credentials are presented.
    • Upon submission of your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
  1. AVAILING SENIOR CITIZEN AND PWD DISCOUNTS.

    Based on the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 (Republic Act 9994), in order to avail of the Senior or PWD discount, one of the following IDs should be presented and the Cardholder must be present.

Valid and original copy of:

    • Senior Citizen or PWD ID
    • Passport
    • SSS ID or UMID card
    • GSIS ID
    • Driver’s License
    • PRC ID
    • Voter’s ID
    • Postal ID

In the absence of the cardholder, when availing through a representative, a duly authorized representative must present these documents when paying for a purchase:

Valid and original copy of:

    • Senior citizen ID or any government ID
    • OSCA Purchase Booklet
    • The representative’s valid government ID
    • Signed authorization letter from the senior citizen
    • Valid and Original copy of IDs should be presented UPON ORDERING.
    • Only products to be PERSONALLY CONSUMED by the Senior Citizen or PWD may be discounted.
    • For Delivery and Take-out Transactions, a fixed amount of Three Hundred Pesos (300.00) or the total amount of the receipt, whichever is lower, may be granted the discount.
